Refund policy

Tournesol Cosmetics handles all packages with love and care, from the moment we pack your order, to when we drop it off at the post office. We make sure every item is in perfect condition to ship and be delivered. Before ordering any item in our shop, Please read the description for ingredients and any other information.

Damages or errors which occur during transit are completely out of our hands and will not be considered for a refund or exchange.

If you believe your package has been lost, missing, stolen, or you received a damaged package, we suggest filing a claim with USPS  (make sure to have pictures or videos as evidence)
